PRINT EDITION MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS

Pace News Print Edition is published on Tabloid format.  Columns are 2 inches wide with 0.2 inch gutter. Full page is 16 inches in length and 10 inches in width based on five column format.

COPY DEADLINE
Copy deadline is Wednesday at 5:00 pm.  Weeks that contain holidays, deadline is one regular business day earlier. Pace News is published every Friday on a weekly basis.

ONLINE ADVERTISING REQUIREMENTS AND DEADLINES
Ads designed by the advertiser must be submitted to Pace News at least three days before publication.  Please email original artwork and ad copy to pacenews@pacenews.net Or call 323.291.9157 for other submission options

If you prefer, the design staff at Pace News can produce your advertising for a $50 setup fee. You will have full approval rights prior to online publishing.  This fee includes up to two revisions.  Any additional revisions will incur additional charges.  If you choose to take advantage of this service, you will need to provide us with the following:

• A camera-ready version of your logo and/or applicable product graphics
• Advertising copy
• The URL your ad will link to (if applicable)

Please allow three business days to produce your online ad.

All ads link to the advertiser's Web site at no additional charge.
