Dr. Rosie Milligan, Founder, Author, and Activist  welcomes the community to the 28th Annual Black Writers On Tour, a  vibrant celebration of literacy and the Black community. This annual event, spearheaded by the indomitable Dr. Milligan, aims to uplift Black voices and stories through the power of the written word. The theme for this year’s event encapsulates its essence: “Literacy Is Everybody’s Business. Who Will Tell Our Story?” Join us as we delve into the rich tapestry of Black history, culture, and creativity.
