Inglewood Mayor James T. Butts To Receive the Founder’s Award at the 2024 GLORY AWARDS at WePlay Studios
Parent Action Coalition for Education (P.A.C.E.) invite the community to help us honor Inglewood Mayor James T.Butts with the Founder’s Award along with “LIGHT LEADERS” at the 5th Annual GLORY AWARDS on this coming Sunday, September 29, 2024 at WePlay Studios located at 5425 Grosvenor Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90066. This heartwarming event, founded by Dr. Gloria Zuurveen, to honor Mayor Butts for his significant contributions by shining his Light in the City of Inglewood and the evidence of the exceptional growth since his arrival in 2011 is startling and for that we honor him with the 2024 Founder’s Award with other “Light Leaders” who are shining their lights to help others.

Dr. Gloria Zuurveen, the visionary behind P.A.C.E., emphasizes the importance of community and letting your lights shine. GLORY AWARDS is to honor those who is letting their lights shine to help others in the community and abroad.
Fundraising Goal: P.A.C.E. is currently on a mission to raise funds to help with the PACE Journalism Education Enrichment Program called J.E.E.P. which will help drive youth and young adults to careers in the field of journalism with help from mentors and parental involvement. This organization encourages everyone to contribute, no matter how small the amount.
Volunteers Wanted: P.A.C.E. is also seeking volunteers to help make this event a success. PACE organization was founded in 2002 by community activist Dr. Gloria Zuurveen. The organization is dedicated to helping and serving youth and young adults with life skills and career education in Los Angeles County and the world.
