A Sweet Summer Breeze: Eloise Laws & Friends Headline PALEF’s Annual Fundraiser at the Historic Wilfandel Club House

LOS ANGELES—Songstress Eloise Laws and Charles Douglas , Founder and CEO of the Performing Arts for Life and Education Foundation (PALEF), invite the community to join them for an unforgettable afternoon of music, food, and fellowship at PALEF’s annual outdoor concert and fundraiser.

The special event—“A Sweet Summer Breeze”—supports PALEF’s Summer Jobs for Youth Program and the organization’s 2025–26 repertory season. It takes place Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 3–7 p.m. at the historic Wilfandel Club House, 3425 West Adams Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90018, near 5th Avenue.

This year’s lineup is filled with powerhouse talent including the KJLH Gospel Choir.

And of course, the legendary Eloise Laws will be in the house, bringing her timeless voice to this meaningful cause.

Guests will enjoy not only world-class entertainment but also delicious food, refreshing beverages, and desserts in the serene outdoor gardens of the Wilfandel Club House—the oldest Black women’s club in Los Angeles, renowned for its beauty and historic significance.
