Position: Part-Time Office Administrator

Organization: PACE NEWS/INSIDE INGLEWOOD

Location: One Manchester Avenue, 7th Floor, Inglewood, CA 90301

Compensation: Based on experience + performance incentives

Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule

Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Part-Time Office Administrator to organize and manage daily operations, streamline office systems, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to lead and build a team that provides marketing, advertising, and graphic arts services to clients. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing community media company and help shape the future of Inside Inglewood inside PACE NEWS.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on structure, teamwork, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the daily operations of the office
  • Develop systems for client acquisition, revenue tracking, and service delivery
  • Recruit, coordinate, and supervise part-time staff or contractors for marketing, advertising, and graphic design
  • Manage client communications, proposals, and service contracts
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, creative projects, and deadlines
  • Support business growth by developing new revenue streams and partnerships
  • Maintain accurate records, budgets, and reports

Qualifications:

  •  Proven experience in office administration, business operations, or management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with marketing, advertising, and/or creative industries
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Proficient with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, project management software, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on results and growth

Preferred:

  • Experience managing or growing small business operations
  • Background in client services, media, or graphic design coordination
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies

Compensation:

Competitive part-time pay with potential for growth and bonuses tied to revenue performance.
